So far in my journey I've kind of deduced that I might want to do a Wordpress blog and host it myself somewhere - as opposed to a free blog at blogger.com or even Wordpress.com. I'm interested in creating the blog for traffic to my main site, Adsense and Aff. Mktg. Some questions I have: 1) Is this true that there are distinct advantages over hosting the blog rather than having a free one and what are they? 2) Is that a good choice? - Wordpress 3) I have a separate .com domain for my blog (homefitnessblog.com). Should I use that or possibly just add a separate site page to my currently hosted website (i.e. UnityHomeFitness.com/blog)? Do you know the pros/cons of either way?     • Three Questions to Ask the Next Time Somebody Tries To Pitch You On Their Opportunity? Let me ask you a question: Have you ever been involved in this conversation? "Hey Bob, I would like to come over sometime this week and show you a new ground breaking opportunity!" Then you decided, "Ok, Jim come over tonight around 7." They always tell you how great it is and how much money you will make. I am going to let you in on a little secret. Next time Jim wants to pitch you on his new "hot" business here is are three questions to ask. "Jim, What can I learn from you?" Fair question, Right? You want me to spend money on this right? Do you just want my money or are you going to show me something of value?. What am I going to learn from you? Am I going to learn how to fail? Make sure you know what you will learn from that individual. Are you doing this to help me or to help you? "Hey Jim, what do you know about the product or service?" Don’t be surprised if you get a blank stare or dead silence if on the phone. They may stutter or just don’t have an answer as they stumble. They may tell you that their new to the business and just got started. There is nothing wrong with getting involved with somebody who is learning just be aware there will be a learning curve involved and that the person is not going to be ready to teach you until they know themselves. "Finally, Jim, What do you know about marketing/network marketing?" They will not have answer. It’s really cool and we sponsor people and we all make money and get rich. Here is the correct answer. This is very powerful and the next time somebody pitches you on a deal ask them this very question.
